Homestead Milk Bread – Fresh from Wingate Organic Farm. What makes our loaves truly special is the organic raw milk from our own pasture-raised Jersey cows—rich, creamy, and packed with natural goodness that elevates every bite.
Our fluffy, feathery-soft bread begins with the traditional rue method, which creates that signature cloud-like texture that stays fresh for days. We use organic flour, our farm-fresh raw milk, butter,—no artificial additives, preservatives, or commercial shortcuts. Each loaf is hand-shaped and baked in classic Pullman pans, available in two styles:
• Square Sandwich Loaf - Perfectly uniform slices ideal for elegant sandwiches, French toast, or everyday breakfast.
• Mountain Loaf - A beautifully domed top with artisanal character—wonderful for thick-cut toast with butter and jam.
Every step celebrates our homestead roots: from milking our gentle Jersey herd grazing on organic pastures to kneading and baking small batches daily. This is true farm-to-table bread—organic, nutrient-dense, and made with the same care we give our animals and land.
